May 3, 2017 - El Camino Hospital has partnered with Wildflower Health to provide personalized health education and resources tailored to Silicon Valley users of the Grow Family Health Organizer app. The Grow app organizes the whole family’s health needs in one convenient, free and secure tool.

With the Grow app, users can become family medical officers and create profiles to track their family’s health, from pregnancy to overall wellness. The app provides users with personalized health information, tips, screening recommendations, milestone and appointment reminders, and links to local resources to help manage the health and wellness of a mom, her baby, other children, husband and even extended family members.

The Grow app features include:

• Dynamic delivery of personalized health information based on age and gender
• Preventive screening, immunization, and height and weight trackers
• Access to expert providers
• Relevant Silicon Valley resources and services
