

September 19, 2019 鈥� 天博体育 today announced philanthropic industry leader Andrew Cope as the new president of 天博体育 Foundation, effective September 23, 2019. Cope has more than 25 years of experience working in fundraising and charitable giving, specializing in healthcare and nonprofits. Most recently, Cope served as director of major gifts at the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children鈥檚 Health personally raising more than $35 million in contributions over five years with a focus on supporting the organization鈥檚 teen mental health efforts.

In addition to serving at Lucile Packard Foundation, Cope鈥檚 experience includes leadership roles at Silicon Valley Community Foundation, Children鈥檚 Health Council and Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Under Cope鈥檚 direction as vice president of development at Silicon Valley Community Foundation in 2013 alone the department raised more than $300 million in new contributions.
